THE PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT CONGRATULATED ROBERT SPANO, PRESIDENT OF THE EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS
Mr. Hrayr Tovmasyan, President of the Constitutional Court congratulated Mr. Robert Spano on his election to the high office of President of the European Court of Human Rights, wished him success in his tenure and emphasized the close cooperation between the two institutions and its importance.
In response to this, Mr. Spano highlighted the need for further development of cooperation between the two courts during this difficult period aimed at establishing the highest standards of judicial protection of human rights and emphasized the recent high level of relations between the two courts and reaffirmed his readiness to ensure excellent relations between the two institutions.
