UPDATE
At the procedural session held on 21 June 2026, the Constitutional Court admitted for examination the cases concerning the dispute related to Decision No. 259-A of the RA Central Electoral Commission dated 14 June 2026, "On Summarizing the Results of the 7 June 2026 Regular Elections to the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia", raised by the applications of the "Strong Armenia" Alliance of Political Parties, the "Wings of Unity" Party, the "Democracy Law Discipline" Party, the "Prosperous Armenia" Party, the "For the Republic Alliance of Democracy Defenders" Party, the "Armenia" Alliance of Political Parties, and the "New Power" Reformist Party. Considering that the aforementioned cases concern the same issue, pursuant to Article 41 of the Constitutional Law "On the Constitutional Court", the cases have been joined and will be examined at the same court session, which will take place on 26 June 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Justice of the Constitutional Court, E. Shatiryan, has been appointed as the Justice-Rapporteur, and the hearing of the joined case will be conducted under the oral procedure.
