EXPERT GROUP OF THE VENICE COMMISSION AT THE RA CONSTITUTIONAL COURT
Members of the expert group of the Venice Commission presented an opinion on draft Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia.
The expert group included co-rapporteurs Johan Hirschfeldt, Nicolae Esanu, Guido Neppi Modona, as well as Grigory Dikov from the EU Secretariat.
On July 10, the expert group had a meeting with Gagik Harutyunyan, President of the RA Constitutional Court.
A number of conceptual issues related to the Code were discussed at the meeting.
The meeting was attended by Siranush Sahakyan and Gagik Ghazinyan, members of the Specialized Commission on Constitutional Reforms adjunct to the President of the Republic of Armenia.
