THE PRESENTATION OF THE BOOK DEDICATED TO THE 30TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT WAS HELD AT THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT
On 9 October 2026, the Constitutional Court hosted the presentation of the book dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the High Court, which provides an overview of the Court’s path traversed, the key milestones in its activities, and the history of the development of constitutional justice.
During the event, President of the Constitutional Court Arman Dilanyan noted that thirty years represent more than merely the passage of time. They embody institutional memory, accumulated experience, challenges overcome, and values established. “Over these years, the Constitutional Court has not only undergone a process of development but has also, through its activities, contributed to the strengthening of constitutional values, the promotion of the rule of law, and the development of constitutional culture.”
Arman Dilanyan emphasised that the Court’s true strength lies in its people - the Judges, staff members, advisers, and administrative and technical personnel - and that, over the past thirty years, each generation has passed on its experience, legal culture, and professional values to the Court. Behind every decision of the Court lies the unseen yet significant work of numerous individuals.
The President of the Constitutional Court presented certificates of appreciation to a number of Court staff members, emphasising that the contribution of each individual plays an important role in the Court’s collective achievements and institutional development.
