PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT ARMAN DILANYAN OFFERED CONDOLENCES TO PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COUNCIL OF FRANCE
On 2 November 2020, President of the Constitutional Court Arman Dilanyan addressed a letter of condolence to the President of the French Constitutional Council Laurent Fabius in regard to the terrorist attacks in Paris, Lyon, and Nice.
Arman Dilanyan expressed support and solidarity to the fraternal people of France and offered his sincere condolences to the families of the victims and their friends.
Arman Dilanyan’s letter reads, in part, “Such terrorist acts are a serious challenge to the rule of law in Europe and sustained protection of the fundamental freedoms of citizens”.
