ADVISER TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT PARTICIPATED IN THE ANNUAL FORUM OF THE SUPERIOR COURTS NETWORK
On 4 and 5 June 2026, the Annual Forum of the Superior Courts Network was held at the European Court of Human Rights (Strasbourg). At the invitation of the President of the European Court of Human Rights, Naira Hovhannisyan, Adviser to the President of the Constitutional Court and the coordinator of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia within the Superior Courts Network, participated in the Forum.
Discussions on the topic of “Business and Human Rights” focused on the role of national courts in ensuring a balance between business interests and the protection of human rights, as well as current challenges in the protection of personal data and issues relating to environmental protection and corporate responsibility.
The Forum was followed by working discussions on the topic of “Digitalisation: Artificial Intelligence Tools and Information Technology Solutions for Document Management and Case Processing”. Naira Hovhannisyan, Adviser to the President of the Constitutional Court, presented the experience of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia in these areas, addressing the digital tools used by the Court and the solutions implemented in the fields of document management and case processing.
