JUSTICE OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT A. TUNYAN PARTICIPATED IN THE VI INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF THE COURT OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC UNION
On November 16-17, 2023, Justice of the Constitutional Court Araik Tunyan participated in the VI International Conference of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union on “The Impact of the Practice of the Union Court on the Formation of the Legal Order of the EAEU” which was held in the capital of the Republic of Belarus, Minsk . Justice Tunyan delivered a report at the Conference.
Issues related to the role of the Court in the formation of the legal system of the EAEU, the development of rule-making and law enforcement practice of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Commission and the Union, and the features of judicial dialogue with national courts were touched upon at the Conference.
The Conference participants also referred to the innovations and trends in the practice of international courts, as well as the contemporary issues of application of sectoral regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union law.
