STUDENTS OF THE ARMENIAN-RUSSIAN UNIVERSITY VISITED THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT
On 3 December 2025, second-year students from the Institute of Law at the Armenian-Russian University paid a visit to the Constitutional Court. The future legists were hosted by the President of the Constitutional Court, Arman Dilanyan.
In his welcoming remarks to the students, the President of the Constitutional Court presented the mission of the High Court, the scope of its powers, and the specifics of its activities. In response to the students’ inquiries, Arman Dilanyan addressed the High Court’s international relations, the ongoing institutional reforms at the Court, and the role of the judiciary within the state governance system. The discussion also covered the prospects for the development of legal and constitutional culture in the Republic of Armenia, as well as the peculiarities of constitutional justice.
The President of the Constitutional Court noted that the High Court highly appreciates the communication in this format with young people, as they provide an excellent opportunity both for open discussions on professional matters and for hearing the opinions and remarks of the new generation of legists. Arman Dilanyan urged the students not to yield in the face of difficulties and to pave their professional path through solid knowledge and strong willpower.
