JUSTICE OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT YERVAND KHUNDKARYAN HOSTED THE STUDENTS OF “FRENCH UNIVERSITY IN ARMENIA” FOUNDATION
On 18 November 2022, Justice of the Constitutional Court Yervand Khundkaryan hosted the graduating year students of the Law Faculty of the "French University in Armenia" Foundation, who visited the Constitutional Court within the framework of the course "Administrative proceedings".
Within the framework of the visit, a number of issues related to the cassation appeal of judicial acts in the administrative proceedings, as well as on the review of judicial acts upon the grounds of new or newly revealed circumstances were discussed.
The students also were introduced to the peculiarities of the relationship between the Constitutional Court and the judiciary of the Republic of Armenia, as well as the separation of powers of the Constitutional Court and the Cassation Court.
