Based on Article 213 of the Constitution amended on June 22, 2020, as well as taking into account the amendments to the Constitutional Law "On Making Amendments and Addenda to the Constitutional Law on the Constitutional Court" of July 22, 2020 HO-376-N which entered into power upon promulgation on June 30, 2020 and guided by Article 18, Part 3 of the RA Constitutional Law on the Constitutional Court, from July 22, 2020 Ashot Khachatryan, Judge of the Constitutional Court performs ad interim powers of the President of the Constitutional Court as an eldest judge.
