GUESTS AT THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT
On April 3, G. Harutyunyan, President of the RA Constitutional Court hosted (at their request) the representatives of the Observation Mission of the Council of Europe Ms Simona Granata-Menghini, Deputy Secretary of the Venice Commission, Mr Richard Barrett, member of the Venice Commission, and Mr Manuel Gonzalez Oropeza, Judge of the Federal Electoral Court of Mexico.
The guests presented the outcome of their observations on the parliamentary election process, highlighted new solutions provided by the Electoral Code, and the use of technical means which have had a positive influence in the electoral process. They were also interested in further legislative processes for ensuring constitutional provisions.
Exhaustive answers were given to the questions of the guests.
