JOINT SEMINAR IN DILIJAN

On December 11-12, 2021 in Dilijan took place "Peculiarities of elaboration of acts of the Constitutional Court. Modern Experience and Development Trends ”two-day seminar. The event was organized within the framework of the "Strengthening the Justice System" program implemented by the Consortium under the auspices of the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ), funded by the European Union Delegation to Armenia.
In his welcoming speech, the President of the Constitutional Court Arman Dilanyan thanked the staff of the "Strengthening the Justice System" program for organizing this professional event at a high level and in a short time. Touching upon the agenda of the seminar, the topics discussed within its framework, Arman Dilanyan used such professional discussions, expressing hope that they will be continuous.
Welcoming the participants, Peter Gortler, Head of the "Strengthening the Justice System" program in Armenia, thanked the participants of the event and thanked the Constitutional Court for the effective and perspective cooperation. During the two-day seminar, the peculiarities of the elaboration of the acts of the Constitutional Court, the structural peculiarities of the acts of the Constitutional Court, the existing criteria for their drafting և the international experience were discussed.
