OFFICIAL VISIT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT’S VICE-PRESIDENT TO SERBIA
On November 15-17, 2023, in the framework of his official visit, Constitutional Court’s Vice-President, Justice Vahe Grigoryan participated in the International Conference dedicated to the 60th Anniversary of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia. The European constitutional courts participated in this Conference, which was dedicated to the issues of implementation of the European Convention on Human Rights by the constitutional courts of the Council of Europe member states, and the enhancement of the dialogue between the European Court of Human Rights and the constitutional courts of the Council of Europe member states.
Within the scope of the visit, Vice-President Grigoryan presented the experience of the Constitutional Court of Armenia on the subject under discussion, and in working meetings with his colleagues from the high courts of Serbia, Austria, Slovenia, Estonia, Moldova, Croatia and Albania, Vice-President Grigoryan reiterated the willingness of the Constitutional Court to intensify the dialogue with the ECHR and European constitutional courts.
