Born in the city of Yerevan on 23 Аpril 1971.

EDUCATION

1993 Graduated from the Faculty of Automated Control Systems of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia

  • 1998-2006
    Served as the Head of the Center of Internet Access and Training Program (IATP Armenia/IREX) of the “International Research and Exchange Board”, established by the U.S. State Department's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), onward served as the Coordinator of  the “Open Web Workshop” 
  • 2006-2008
    Served as the Leading specialist of the Information and Software Support Division at the Staff of the Constitutional Court 
  • Since 2008
    Serves as the Head of the Information and Software Support Division of the Staff of the Constitutional Court 
  • 2002-2004
    Enrolled as the Lecturer at the Chair of Computer Art Design of the State Academy of Fine Arts of Armenia 
  • 1999
    Participated in the certificate program on the Electronic Publishing Development Program at the Open Society Institute Assistance Foundation (Prague) 
  • 2002
    Completed professional certificate training program (in Yerevan)  on “Elements and Applications of Web Design”  initiated by the US Embassy in Armenia 
  • 2003
    Completed professional training program (Yerevan) on “Computer Graphics Design” initiated by the US Embassy in Armenia, and a training course on “E-commerce Design” (Yerevan) organized by Eurasia Partnership Foundation

    Passed an exam on “HTML Programming” and recieved a certificate of  the certification center “RetraTech” (Russian Federation)

She was a designer and technical coordinator of a number of portals and websites, particularly: Writers' Union of Armenia (2002-2006), Rating portal of virtual Intellectual Capital “Arcaler Scorecard” (2007-2018),  Innovation and Industry Development Fund (2015-2017), International Analytical Center “Constitutional culture” (2016-2018).
In 2005-2012 she was a member of the “Legal Guide” NGO.
She is a member of the “Internet Society” NGO.
Margarita Ghazaryan is married and has two children.
